1. Digital Products – General Policy

All products sold on TGPCOP Pharma are digital educational resources (study notes, MCQ banks, question papers, etc.) delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are generally final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • We do not offer refunds simply because a student changed their mind after accessing the material.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • ✅ Non-delivery: You did not receive the access link or download within 24 hours of payment.
  • ✅ Wrong product delivered: You received a different study material than what you ordered.
  • ✅ Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • ✅ Corrupted or inaccessible file: The file you received is damaged and cannot be opened.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • ❌ Your device is incompatible with the file format (PDF).
